In Memory Of Nikki

 Nikki was one of my first true German Shepherd dog since living with my parents. Nikki was given to me when she was just under two years old. Nikki and I became soul mates the very second she became mine. I went to my parent’s house with her that weekend and my mom was amazed at how Nikki would not take her eyes off me. It was like we were meant to be together. My dad was in the hospital at the same time Nikki joined my family and I truly believe she knew I needed her to love and comfort me.

 I did lose my dad, but ended up gaining a fabulous companion in Nikki.  She went everywhere with me! I would go down to my horses and she was always by my side. I have a cat named Nalla and those two just loved one another. The day Nikki was to leavng me, Nalla just sat by the sliding glass doors all day and cried. It was one of the saddest days of my life. Nikki will forever be in my heart.

 I love you, Nikki.
